【样本要求】
用洁净、干燥容器收集尿液。一天之内的尿液均可检测，但通常不可使用晨尿。收集尿液的最佳时间是早10点至晚8点，在连续几天的检测过程中，应尽量采用每一天同一时刻的尿样为好。尿样若呈可见的混浊状，需先离心、过滤或待其沉淀后取上部清液检测。
收集尿液前2小时内应减少水分摄入，因为稀释了的尿液样本会妨碍LH峰值的检测。若不能及时送检，尿样标本可在室温下存放4 小时或在2℃-8℃冷藏可保存12小时。长期保存需冷冻于-20℃，忌反复冻融。
【检测时间】
女性在检测前应首先确定自己的月经周期，算法是从这次来月经来第1天到下次来月经的前1天为一个周期(出血当天为第一天)。在检测时可参考“检测时间表”确定“检测开始日”。
备注：回顾自己过去几个月的月经周期天数，若月经周期不确定，以最短的“月经周期”确定“检测开始日”，应当至少连续测定5天。
【操作方法】
被测样品、试剂及其它所用器材均应当恢复至室温后使用。若打开包装，应在1小时内尽快使用。
试笔：沿包装铝箔袋缺口处撕开，取出试笔并拔开封盖；试笔的吸尿口朝下倾斜，小便时让尿液淋在试笔的吸尿口上，并维持4-5秒钟直至吸尿口完全浸湿(请注意接尿时不要超过箭头标识，以免尿液淋湿显示窗口);或者你可以使
用干净的容器收集你的尿液，将吸尿口端的一半浸入尿液标本中至少5秒。 然后套上封盖，继续平握着试笔或平放试笔，等待有色条带的出现。当你看到显示窗口上有紫红色液体流过, 30秒-1分钟内显示窗口就会出现紫红色线条，5-15分钟内观察结果，15分钟后结果无效。
【结果判定】
1.非LH高峰(阴性)：出现两条紫红色线，检测线没对照线明显或只有一条紫红色对照线,没有检测线, 说明LH尚未出现高峰值，必须持续每天测试；
2.LH高峰(阳性)：出现两条紫红色线，且检测线等于或深于对照线的显色，表示你将在24－48小时内排卵；
3.无效(无效)：对照线不显色，表明试验失败或试剂失效。请用新的试条重新测试，如果问题仍然存在，应立即停止使用此批号产品，并与当地供应商或生产企业联系。
【储存条件及有效期】
本试剂原包装于4－30℃避光保存，不得冷冻。自检定合格之日起有效期为24个月。
【检验方法的局限性】
1.正常含量的人体同源激素hTSH,hFSH对此试条没有干扰，但怀孕妇女尿液中的HCG会干扰试条的检测结果，因此本试条不适合用于怀孕妇女，如果发现持续几天均出现LH高峰的结果，应先检测是否怀孕。
2.以下情况可能影响测试结果：绝经期、正在服用激素、类固醇及避孕药物或患有多囊卵巢综合征、甲状腺功能亢进及一些内分泌疾病者。
3.患有原发性性腺功能减退症、卵巢功能衰竭所致闭经、多囊卵巢综合症等均可导致LH的异常增高；垂体-下丘脑病变、闭经-乳溢综合症、Kallman综合症、精神性厌食、垂体单纯LH缺乏，青春期延期等均可导致LH的异常降低；所以检测结果应综合临床进行判断。
【注意事项】
1.本产品仅供体外诊断一次性使用。使用前不能使试条受潮或触摸反应膜，罐装试条取出试条后请即把罐盖盖紧。
2.应在有效期内使用，过期后请勿使用。
3.尿液过稀导致比重过低，其中的LH浓度缺乏代表性，故检测前不宜喝太多的水或其它饮料。
4.用于避孕时，当测试结果出现排卵前期结果时，最好在同房时采取避孕措施，因为女性有时受环境、情绪及劳累影响，可能会提前排卵。
5.用于受孕时，排卵是个复杂的生理过程，有时有LH峰值的出现并不一定有排卵后正常黄体的生成。如果测定LH峰值且正常同房，3个月后仍未怀孕，则必须请教妇科医生

结果判断:

阴性（未怀孕）:一条红色反应线：仅在对照区（C）出现一条红色反应线。

User Guide
Product: Xiuer Pregnancy Test Paper
Purpose: Used in early pregnancy diagnosis.

Steps:
1. Hold and dip the test strip close to the MAX marker into the urine sample (morning urine the best),wait  until it climb to the observation area, then remove the test strip out from the sample urine and put it  flat;
2. Observe the result for 3-5 minutes, after 10 minutes the display of the result is invalid.

Kindly take note: SHOULD NOT DIP THE URINE TEST STRIP ABOVE THE LOWEST LINE OF THE MAX MARKER.

Results to determine:

Positive (pregnancy): Two red reaction line: detection zone (T) and control zone (C) both will appear a red reaction line; detection zone (T) response a lighther color compare with control zone (C); that result indicate that the user may be just pregnant, please re-test on the next day with a morning urine to confirm.

Negative (not pregnant): One red reaction line: only appear with a red reaction line in the control zone (C). Invalid: the control zone (C) no red reaction line, indicates that the test failed or invalid.

Storage: Product should be stored at 4-30 degrees, dark and dry place, not frozen. Once open the aluminum foil bags, kindly use it within one hour time.

Action principle: When a woman pregnant, a large number of placental cells produce a glycoprotein called human chorionic gonadotropin (known as HCG). These hormones circulating through the blood of pregnant women and excretion into the urine, hence by detection of hCG in urine can determine whether the woman is on pregnancy or not.

NOTE:
1. This product only can use ONCE ONLY.
2. Kindly use it within the validity period.
3. Once open the foil bag, do not place the test strip in the air for long duration, to avoid damp.
4. The product to determine the result is for reference only, the end result should be confirmed by the results of the hospital shall prevail.
5. Is a normal phenomenon when the HCG concentration is high, the test line color may be lighter.
6. If measured by the possibility of pregnancy is suspected, result of the urine test was negative, Kindly retest again after 48-72 hours.
7. Uterus tumor, mole, or menopausal patients, due to higher levels of HCG in urine, it may respond with positive results.
8. Suspected ectopic uterus, abnormal pregnancy, should consider combination with other methods for diagnosis.
9. Endometrial hyperplasia, choriocarcinoma, cancer patients, due to higher levels of HCG in urine, it may respond with positive results.
