Having bad experiences with your existing operator and thinking of change to new mobile operator in Malaysia? Is as simple as 123. Consider this step.

1.Do you have any contract with your current mobile operator(Maxis,Digi,Celcom,U Mobile,Tune Talk … )?If yes. Kindly stay with your current operator or u have to pay for the remaining contract for example x remaining  months contract. If no, Step 2.

2.Purchase a prepaid sim card that you wish to use. And check out the services meet your expectation at your favourite travelling/moving zone.

3.Visit the service center of your new favourite operator, inform them u wish to Port your old number to this operator.

4.Send sms, TXT<space>MNP to 32088 (rm0.50/sms) will be charged ;as a token of you to support to us if u still have available credit on your prepaid account. Highly appreciated.

5.Turn on both sim card with 2 different phones and reset the phone around every 6 hours after you receive the message/sms from your old operator. You should be able to be serviced by your new operator within 3 working days (depend on the services providers).
